COLONEL MUAMMAR GADDAFI

Muammar Mohammed Abu Minyar Gaddafi, born on June 7, 1942, in Qasr Abu Hadi, Italian Libya, emerged as a transformative figure in Libyan politics, holding sway over the nation for an impressive 42 years.
